Chaque année, suivant le décret n° 2019-15 du 8 janvier 2019, les entreprises françaises sont tenues de publier leur index d’égalité hommes-femmes en termes de salaire. Cet index est calculé sur 100 points, à partir de 4 à 5 indicateurs selon la taille de l’entreprise.

Goal : put an end to the remuneration gap between men and women.
